We believe that we can offer our customer significant savings and luxurious accomodations. Most resorts rent their units through real estate agents and managers who have to charge you for overhead, payroll, advertizing, travel agents, healthcare, retirement and other expenses which have nothing to do with your vacation enjoyment.

When you rent privately from us you avoid all of the miscellaneous expenses and fees, the long check-in and check-out lines, and simply pay a reasonable amount for your direct oceanfront stay. Secondly, you actually stay in the exact condo that was booked and not experience some last minutes change that typically occurs with the front desk.

Additionally, the cleaning staff in most resorts will spend about 15 minutes cleaning the unit in preparation for your visit.

Our cleaning staff will spend over 2 hours of meticulous cleaning and preparing our units for your visit. Our units are a breath of fresh air. in the oceanfront rental market. We guarantee that you will not want to leave.
